Limited Use License

• Requirement: Any use of the “SPYDERCRANE” trademark on your website, including but not limited to product listings, promotional materials, or any other content, requires a limited use license granted by Smiley Lifting Solutions, LLC.
• License application: To obtain a limited use license for the “SPYDERCRANE” trademark, contact Smiley Lifting Solutions, LLC at info@smileylifting.com or 623-215-1000. Clearly outline the intended use, duration, and any specific terms or conditions in your application.
• Approval: Use of the “SPYDERCRANE” trademark is subject to approval by Smiley Lifting Solutions, LLC. Approval may be granted or denied at our discretion. Unauthorized use without a valid license is strictly prohibited.
